old Hotel; should urgently be renovated, air condition was controlled by the reception ?! (obviously to save energy)

There was an extra Vat tax of 21% that we had to pay even though our receipt from Booked.net said it was already included in the quoted price. If we knew this wasn't the case, if we knew we had to pay such an amount on top of our booking price this would have affected our decision to stay there. Booked.net should ensure details on receipt are consistent with hotel policy.

The single computer with slow internet is inefficient . Charging for apples at checkout is ridiculous, especially for a large group!!! Clearer communication on dining rules would help!!!

Consider asking for a renovated room on the upper floor for a better experience.

Even though the room was dated, it was super clean and had a surprisingly comfy bed. The breakfast spread was abundant—definitely a highlight of my stay. the bathroom cleanliness was lacking.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main attractions, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is quite generous, though the bathroom had a musty odor and the carpets seemed overdue for a deep clean. It's a decent stay for the price.

Not for the picky traveler

Found a gem, the staff were great, especially the breakfast lady who was just awesome. The room was comfortable and the A/C worked well when it was cranking out the right temperature, we needed it every night.

But, the place was kinda pricey for what we got, not exactly a steal.

The triple room provided for our group was comfortable and well cleaned, while the bathroom sadly didn't receive any attention . Breakfast options were limited, but the dishes, especially the fish, were delicious. The location was ideal, with access to downtown parks and restaurants, and the friendly staff contributed positively to our experience.

We appreciated the decent breakfast, which, although limited in options, was quite tasty. The location is a plus, as we easily accessed local attractions such as Independence Square and the Basilica de San Francisco.

We were just a short walk to Plaza Independencia and the city's fun pedestrian area. The rooms were clean, and with breakfast included, I felt it was a good deal overall. Definitely would stay again for the location!
